The role of SAP WM / EWM consultant is crucial in optimizing warehouse operations and achieving operational excellence. Your responsibilities will range from project planning and execution to configuration, customization, training, and continuous enhancement. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding organizations towards efficient warehouse management. We are seeking an experienced SAP WM / EWM consultant with additional exposure to SAP TM, which will be advantageous for this role. Your strong domain knowledge in warehousing, proficiency in both ECC and S/4 HANA, and at least 8 to 10 years of experience in WM / EWM SAP are essential. Having completed 3 to 4 end-to-end SAP WM / EWM implementations will be a significant asset. Your critical qualities should include a comprehensive understanding of RF, PPF actions, and Queue Management in SAP EWM. Knowledge of functionalities such as Inbound, Outbound, Cross Docking, Wave Management, Kitting, and Warehouse Process Type Determination is crucial. Additionally, you should possess cross-functional module knowledge to address business or system issues and integrate with SAP SD, MM, PP, and QM. Certification in SAP ECC or S/4 Hana (WM/EWM) is preferred. Strong communication skills, a dedication to enhancing user experience, and an excellent grasp of SAP WM / EWM are prerequisites for this role. Your key responsibilities will include configuring and integrating WM / EWM with other SAP modules, providing technical support and enhancements, and ensuring the overall efficiency, productivity, and accuracy of warehouse operations. Staying updated with trends and innovations in the WM / EWM module, coordinating end-user training, and having project management skills are integral parts of this role.
