Job Title : Manager Sales & Strategic Initiatives Location : NCR Job Type : Full-Time Experience : 58 years Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing and strategic-minded Sales & Strategic Initiatives Manager to accelerate revenue growth, build key client relationships, and lead high-impact initiatives that shape the future of the business. This role requires someone who can balance aggressive sales targets with long-term strategic thinking to unlock new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Own the end-to-end B2B sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Identify, pitch to, and convert mid to large corporate clients in the target regions. Create and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through outreach, referrals, and partnerships. Drive client onboarding, pricing negotiations, and contract finalization. Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report regularly on performance. Strategic Initiatives Lead cross-functional growth initiatives such as new market entry, client segment expansion, or new service rollouts. Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel opportunities. Support leadership in preparing business cases, go-to-market strategies, and investor/board presentations. Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and client feedback to refine positioning and value proposition. Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders. Act as a key point of contact to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to deliver a seamless client experience. Ideal Candidate Profile 2 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic roles. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Managing team of 2-5 members. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in launching or scaling new business verticals or initiatives. Highly entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and solve complex problems. Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and business analysis.
