As a Sales Executive in this full-time contractual role (FTC), your main responsibility will be to ensure the booking of orders in line with the business plan and maintain a sufficient order funnel. You will need to achieve the sales to booking ratio as per the set plan. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the Manufacturing Unit/ Supply Chain team to ensure there is enough inventory in the system to prevent stock out situations. - Establish a strong sales and delivery process to effectively reach the customers. Key performance indicators will include the quality of data captured, number of distributor visits, increase in app adoption, Net Promoter Score, etc. - Conduct regular meetings, engagement programs for influencers, and organize presentations. Additionally, you will set up an installer team and directly handle top accounts. - Train and develop the distributor sales force through various methods such as BM shadowing. - Have a thorough understanding of the sales value chain and strive to maintain profitability. - Ensure excellent after-sales service to consumers, manage consumer complaints, and ensure that relevant installation teams are available with the distributors to serve the customers. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales and distribution. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Good understanding of supply chain management. - Ability to analyze sales data and trends effectively. - Prior experience in managing distributor networks will be an added advantage.
