Manager - Sales, International Business (Diesel Generators Segment)

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at Yanmar Engine Manufacturing India (YEMI) Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for Industrial Engines, Agricultural Products, and Marine Engines. Your responsibilities will include: - Working with GOEMs for Engine sales for DG application, setting and achieving sales targets, goals, and objectives - Driving Sales & revenue growth for Power products (DGs) by monitoring and analyzing sales performance and implementing corrective actions if needed - Participating in RFQs/tenders/GOI RFIs for DG through various GOEMs - Conducting Marketing promotion for GOEMs and identifying & engaging with potential clients such as Telecom companies, towercos, ESCOs, Retailers, EPCM, Contractors - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and developing tailored solutions with GOEMs for different categories of customers - Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, reviewing and analyzing the DG market worldwide and in India, and identifying key market trends, opportunities, and challenges - Creating and executing a Go-to-Market plan to introduce products - Developing a deep understanding of new products and their applications, staying updated on industry trends, competitors" activities, and technological advancements - Engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing technical support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively - Interfacing with cross-functional work teams such as EBU, customer support-services, Testing, R&D, GOEM distributors, etc. - Providing status updates of ongoing and future projects, updating customer database, MIS as required, and maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures In addition, Yanmar Engine Manufacturing India (YEMI) Pvt.
