MANAGER SALES CO-ORDINATOR

Qualifications-- Graduation at any stream

Team Handling – Minimum 2- or 3-Member Handle previously

Salary CTC / PM (32k-55k) Depend on current CTC

This role provides administrative support to the sales team and coordinates sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and Review sales Team daily Working – PJP / Tour Plan (As per Company norms)
• Timely provide Attendance / Monthly Expenses to HR
• New Joining process and Full and Final Process
• Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
• Coordinate with Sales Team issue resolution regarding working issues
• Handle incoming inquiries.
• Collaborate with other teams (HR + finance).
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, track KPIs, and assist management in analyzing sales data.
• Follow-up with HR to complete the team in all state.
• Salesperson working analysis multiple level checking rider
• Experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Sales App + Filed Assist software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
