Manager Sales- Accessories

Experience

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience exclusively within the Telecom or Accessories industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Target & Performance Management:

• Establish, communicate, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for accessories and insurance products for all retail staff.
• Conduct daily performance follow-ups with retail teams to ensure targets are met and address any issues.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth.

Retail Staff Education & Training:

• Develop and implement ongoing training programs to educate retail staff on the features, benefits, and value proposition of accessories and insurance products.
• Ensure staff are experts on all product offerings and are equipped with effective sales techniques to increase attach rates.

Brand & Vendor Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for accessory and insurance brands.
• Coordinate with brands to secure and execute promotional activities, product launches, and in-store merchandising.
• Ensure retail teams are aligned with brand-specific goals and strategies.

Inventory & Operations:

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure adequate stock levels of fast-moving accessories.
• Provide feedback to brands on product performance and customer demand.
• Stay informed of competitor activity and market trends within the retail accessories and insurance space.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
