Looking to onboard a skilled Manager - Safety with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in the AC projects division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans to ensure regulatory compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs.
Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend preventative measures.
Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
Ensure all safety procedures are up-to-date and accessible to employees.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
