Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 12 years of experience to fill the role of Manager, Safety & Pharmacovigilance (ICSR) at Syneos Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety and pharmacovigilance.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective safety management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks associated with pharmaceutical products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical trials that meet safety standards.
Monitor and report adverse events and drug interactions to relevant authorities.
Provide training and guidance on safety protocols to employees.
Review and approve safety protocols and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in safety and pharmacovigilance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of ICSR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as pharmacy or medicine.
