Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Shall ensure that safety provisions as per relevant codes are strictly followed during the construction and maintenance period of the project viz. 2/4/6/8 lane and Standalone bridges.
Shall conduct road safety audit during the construction and maintenance period of the project and submit reports to the client.
Shall frequently visit the site during construction and maintenance period submit reports to the client on the safety aspect.
Shall review road furniture drawings viz. Sign boards, road marking, MBCB, studs etc. submitted by the Contractor.
Shall attend all the road safety meetings called by the clients.
Shall be stationed at Head Office Hyderabad, while will be required to travel to different projects across India to provide inputs as Safety Expert.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in Civil Engineering
Professional experience of minimum 10 years in handling Highways projects
Minimum 5 years of experience in Road safety works of Major highway projects
Experience in similar capacity in Road Safety Audit of At least 2 nos 2/4/6 lane highway / Expressway project including 1 nos in design stage.
Certification on Road Safety Audit from IAHE/IIT/NIT/CRRI.
