Manager - Quality

As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the goods delivered to customers meet the agreed quality parameters in all aspects. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting incoming quality inspection from suppliers and qualifying the materials - Performing in-process quality inspection and qualification - Conducting final/outgoing quality inspection before delivery - Addressing and resolving customer complaints effectively - Implementing corrective actions both internally and with suppliers - Continuously educating internal and supplier teams on quality standards - Ensuring proper documentation of all necessary quality documents - Maintaining documents according to the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) processes - Regularly visiting customers to assess quality and operations Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree/Diploma in Engineering - Minimum of 10 years of experience in shop floor quality within the manufacturing industry Language skills needed: - Proficiency in the local language - Fluent in English Key skills and competencies for this role include: - Attention to detail - Strong attitude towards quality - Familiarity with ISO procedures Additional details about the company: You will be working in a light engineering/auto component/packaging manufacturing setup, specifically in incoming/supplier/customer quality management.
