Job Description

Manager Quality (FCQA/NQA)

Job Location: Bengaluru

Education Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology / Apparel Production.

8-12

Key Responsibilities

Review QA Files (PP approvals, trims card, approved samples, FPT reports, SOP, PO sheets).
Verify Size Sets against PP, BOM & specifications; approve for PPM.
Review Supervisor Samples along with factory QAM before PPM.
Lead PPM, ensuring FMEA, RA comments, size set and sample comments are covered.
Monitor Initial/Pilot production; check first pieces for workmanship, construction & trims.
Conduct Pilot audits as per customer AQL; ensure comments are shared and CAPA is closed.
Perform Inline inspections covering maximum POs as per AQL standards.
Give PO-wise/country-wise approvals before packing.
Conduct Pre-Final & Final Inspections as per buyer AQL requirements.
Carry out Re-pack audits to verify carton accuracy and documentation.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of FCQA/NQA processes, AQL standards & buyer expectations.
Good communication, analytical skills, and ability to work with production teams.
