Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end

  F&A operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive organizational decision-making.
• Develop and implement

  strategies to optimize financial operations and enhance process efficiencies

• Ensure adherence to compliance protocols and governance standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Business Finance and F&A Operations,

  preferably in a leadership role.
• Expertise in

  financial analysis, operational controls, budgets, and compliance frameworks

  .
• Strong understanding of

  ERP systems

  and tools used for financial management.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to operations and management.
