Manager, Quality Assurance - Digital Analytics

As a Manager, Quality Assurance - Digital Analytics at Synchrony, your role will involve understanding tagging & implementation, working with tools for validating digital properties, and setting up QA across various platforms to minimize manual efforts & errors. You will work closely with multiple business teams and be responsible for leading, managing, and setting up tagging and cookies auditing tools for automating manual testing scenarios into automated scripts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing tagging and cookies auditing tools for automation across multiple synchrony platforms - Performing code audits on tag management systems for feature enhancements and regression testing - Providing QA requirements, reviewing & validating implementation of analytical and marketing technologies - Mentoring and guiding team members on QA tools and processes To excel in this role, you should possess: - 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with automation tools like Observepoint - 1 to 3 years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or web design - 1 to 3 years of working experience/knowledge in Tag management tools like Tealium, Adobe Launch, or Google Tag Manager - Working knowledge and understanding of core concepts/metrics in retail finance - Problem-solving mindset and be a self-starter Desired skills include: - Experience in collaboration with analytics & Quality Assurance teams, code audits, and writing code/algorithms - Hands-on experience with tools like cypress.io, Appium, LambdaTest, or playwright - Mobile apps development experience or experience validating mobile analytics - Strong understanding of online consumer privacy and consent management - Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Workfront Qualifications required for this role include a BS or MS in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field with 2 to 5 years of hands-on Analytics experience. The work timings for this role are between 06:00 AM Eastern Time - 11:30 AM Eastern Time, with flexibility for the remaining hours based on individual choice.
