Manager - QA/QC

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading a team of Engineers and inspecting all under-construction and completed works. You will review various documents such as agreements, quality plans, drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with technical requirements. Additionally, you will be required to witness raw material testing and conduct root cause analysis of non-conformities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Engineers - Inspect under-construction and completed works - Review and suggest improvements on various documents - Ensure site is equipped with necessary tools and equipment - Witness raw material testing - Detect non-conformities and deviations from approved submittals - Conduct Root Cause Analysis of Non-Conformities (NCs) Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Minimum 15 years of experience Additional Company Information: TV SD is a global leader in testing, inspection, management system certification, and product certification.
