Ensure every ingredient coming from supply partners is safe and consistent. Directly responsible for quality, certifications, approvals of suppliers plants. Product specifications, quality programs, third party validations. Food Safety of all ingredients from plant, during logistics and final cooking. Regulatory knowledge as per FSSAI requirements Role & responsibilities Supplier and Distribution Quality Management Regulatory Product Commercialisation Operational Excellence Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Degree in Food Technology / Microbiology Good knowledge of food processes; Relevant Food industry experience of 8 14 years. Problem solving acumen. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills. Should be able to deliver under pressure.
