Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

To execute specific short-term / long term projects ensuring timely execution of the projects with approved budget.
To ensure the project resource planning and management and to manage the work of consultants, allocating and utilizing the resources in an efficient manner.
Will be Responsible for Compliance sustainability and integrity.
Formulate safety policies and procedures
Planning, controlling, monitoring, managing and directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives.
To ensure timely implementation of projects without over-run and with Quality workmanship and to deliver desired performance at the minimum.
To monitor performance of equipments through NDT techniques which directly affect product quality and take corrective/preventive action.
Responsible for improvement in Manpower & equipment availability and productivity, reduced waste and scrap generation
Responsible to control surplus material generation to avoid increase in stores inventory as well as project cost

Preferred candidate profile:

BE Chemical with 12 to 18 years of similar experience in Chemical or Speciality Chemical manufacturing Company.
Should be willing to travel.
Should have managed Green Field and Brown field projects of Large Chemical Complex.
