Role & responsibilities Plan, execute, and supervise ground-mounted solar power plant projects Manage overall site activities including installation, testing, and commissioning Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, and daily progress reports Coordinate with clients, contractors, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory requirements Review technical drawings, layouts, BOQs, and execution plans Handle site challenges, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution Manage materials, inventory, and logistics at site Lead site engineers, supervisors, and contractor teams effectively Verify work completion, ensure documentation accuracy, and support billing activities Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to timelines Ensure smooth handover of the project along with all technical documentation Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ground-mounted solar power plant execution Candidates with prior experience in 5 MW - 50 MW solar projects preferred Strong understanding of solar plant installation, electrical works, and commissioning Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Proven ability to lead site teams and manage contractors Experience in preparing DPRs, BOQs, project schedules, and site documentation Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle site challenges independently Familiar with safety standards, quality control, and statutory compliances Ready to relocate at Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra) Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines
