Role : Manager - Projects No. of Vacancy: 2 Job location: Mumbai and Kolkata Note: Travel within the specified region will be required for smooth project execution Role & Responsibilities: Should have sound knowledge of Structural steel fabrication & erection work at site as per relevant code of practice. Co-ordinating with the architect, consultant, contractors for drawings. Certifying MEP shop drawings, heat load and electrical load. Co-ordinating with the vendors, contractors & internal team regarding progress of work and reporting the same to HOD. Preparing site progress report weekly and submitting the same to HOD for review. Co-ordinating with the developer & PMC for the smooth execution of the work. Checking quality of work and materials used at site by contractors. Should have sound knowledge of Civil & MEP works. Ensuring fit out works are completed as per approved layouts & IRL standards on time. Certifying R.A.bills, measurement sheet of the contractors & reconciliation of consumables, steel & other materials. Should have good managerial skills and should be able to manage team comprising engineers, contractors, outsourced labor force. To ensure all safety related guidelines are adhered during fit out. Extensive travelling will be needed Pan India basis for smooth execution of the projects. QUALIFICATION Bachelor in Civil Engg. with 8 to 10 years of experience.
