Job Description

As a Manager (Project Management), your role involves ensuring efficient work delegation and timely completion by your subordinates. You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Access, and PowerPoint to maintain MIS reports, analyze data, and provide valuable insights. Your responsibilities include participating in inter-departmental meetings, identifying and addressing problematic areas in core team processes, and leading your internal data audit team. You will be expected to provide directions to resolve issues within core teams, engage in business growth projects, and schedule meetings with cross-functional departments and top management. Supporting top management in managing operations, preparing analytics reports, monthly review presentations, data root cause analysis, CAPA strategies, and team building activities will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent English communication skills, hold a post-graduate degree, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data and people management. Proficiency in Microsoft tools like MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, strong people management skills, and exceptional organizing and coordination abilities are mandatory requirements.
