Manager Project Finance Renewable Energy

As a Leading MNC and energy generation company with a 5GW portfolio, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Liaising with Financial Institutions & Banks for debt financing. - Reviewing term sheets and negotiating Rate of Interest, Primary Security, Collateral, etc. with Lenders. - Handling legal documentation for the execution of loan documents. - Establishing and maintaining good relationships with banks. - Conducting financial modeling, calculating financial ratios, performing variance analysis, and preparing interest working calculations for lenders. To excel in this role, you should ideally be a Qualified CA with exposure to Corporate Finance, Financial Modeling, Fund Raising, and Treasury. You should be conversant with filing loan proposals with Banks, finalizing term sheets for loan transactions, and reviewing loan covenants. Experience working in the Power/Infrastructure sector would be advantageous. Please note that the annual remuneration for this position is 20 LPA.
