Manager Project Finance Renewable Energy

As a leading MNC and energy generation company with a 5GW portfolio, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Liaise with FIs & Banks for debt financing. - Review term sheet and negotiate Rate of Interest, Primary Security, Collateral etc. with Lenders. - Legal documentation for the execution of loan documents. - Establish and maintain good relationships with banks. - Conduct financial modelling, calculation of financial ratios, variance analysis, interest working calculations to lenders etc. To excel in this role, you should ideally be: - A Qualified CA with exposure to Corporate Finance, Financial Modelling, Fund Raising, and Treasury. - Conversant with filing loan proposals with Banks, finalizing term sheet for loan transaction, and reviewing loan covenants. - Experienced in working with the Power/Infrastructure sector. The annual remuneration for this position is 20LPA.
