Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project Finance

  • Lead refinancing and capital-raising activities for the InvIT and underlying SPVs, including:
  • Structuring and negotiating debt instruments (term loans, NCDs, refinancing packages)
  • Managing the replacement of existing SPV-level loans with InvIT-level borrowings
  • Overseeing inter-company lending from the InvIT to SPVs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, rating agencies, and financial institutions.
  • Manage lender due diligence, documentation, and compliance with financing covenants.
  • Monitor project cash flows, debt service, and ensure optimal capital structure for the InvIT and SPVs.

Investor Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential investors.
  • Prepare investor presentations, quarterly reports, and other disclosures in line with SEBI InvIT Regulations and LODR requirements.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conference calls.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and transparent communication to unitholders, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor feedback to support strategic initiatives.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning for the InvIT and its SPVs.
  • Develop financial models to support business decisions, including:
  • Scenario analysis for asset acquisitions, refinancing, and capital deployment
  • Earnings, cash flow, and distribution forecasts
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the InvIT and SPVs.
  • Provide actionable insights to the CFO, CEO, and Board on business performance and financial risks.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 8-12 Years of experience in
  • Project finance and debt fundraising, ideally in infrastructure, real estate, or InvIT platforms
  • Investor relations for listed entities, funds, or similar vehicles
  • Financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis

CA/CPA/MBA

  • Deep knowledge of project finance, debt markets, and structured financing solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and business forecasting capabilities.
  • High level of communication and presentation skills for investor interactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability.
