Candidate Profile

• Education : B.E- Electronics/Electrical/Production/Mech

• Must have exp to handle the Headcount around 150 + Employees comprising of White Collar, Blue Collar, Trainees and Contractual Employees

• Exp in electronic manufacturing companies

• Good communication skill, clear thinking, teamwork & ready to work under pressure

• Familiar with Product UPH,UPPH, Cycle time,

Principal Accountabilities (Roles & Responsibilities)

• Responsible for Overall assembly operation(Conveyor Belt) Section

• Responsible to achieve daily production target.

• To Monitor & Review Plan V/s Gap with department subordinator.

• Involve in daily planning meeting to order execution in production.

• Manpower utilization as per requirement

• Line balancing to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Responsible for Inventory control and capacity planning.

• Guide the team member and monitor hourly production.

• Troubleshoot the cause of problem to give solution to resolve them.

• Monitor and prepare rejection data to control PPM.

• Use best practice to control over absentee of operator.

• Ensure 100% quality without compromise with productivity.

• Do

  improvement, kaizen and maintain 6S

  on shop floor.

• Develop

  the skills of

  subordinates

  and motivate them to efficient toward work.

• To lead the

  daily operation

  meeting and

  4M & 5W

  meeting.

• Set the production budget, monitor & achieve

• Organize the the effective production process & improve the tem productivity & quality

• Supervise the assembly line production process, monitor the daily/weekly/monthly production quantity with quality

• Analysed the quality problem & prepare the improvement plan

Position: Assistant/Deputy Manager-Quality

Candidate Profile:

• Sound exposure in electronics product assembly process and integration, PCBA and Process Control

• Hands-on experience on Quality requirements of materials like plastic molded components, casting material, wire harness, packaging material, metal sheet fabricated parts etc.

• Sound understanding and knowledge in preparing and implementing of SOPs & Control Plan

• Well-versed with Quality tools like FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D etc.

• Knowledge of ESD and clean room control

• Knowledge of QMS, process audit and problem solving techniques

• Should be well versed with ISO 9001:2015 and a certification in Quality Management System is a strong advantage

Principal Accountabilities (Roles & Responsibilities)

• Monitoring and controlling the QA operations w.r.t resource requirement like manpower, new equipment etc.

• Ensuring proper manpower planning and optimum utilization for achievement of allocated Quality targets from individuals.

• Responsible for the implementation of QA policies and procedures to ensure adherence to product quality standards.

• Implementation and evaluation of Quality function throughout manufacturing process in assembly in the form of in-process and final quality inspection.

• Ensure the product and process compliance to applicable quality standards through periodic process and product audits.

• Monitoring and controlling of daily rejection of products.

• Monitoring and trend analysis of market complaints.

• Investigate and closure the customer complaints to avoid re-occurrence.

• Identification of test equipments and instrumentation to enhance reliability lab capability.

• Manage continuous process improvement plan and solving problems that impact work processes by highlighting deficiencies and recommending CAPA / RCA.

• Ensuring process improvement by identifying the non-conformity issues raised in internal and external quality audits, customer / third party product testing etc.

• Identification and implementation of product/ material quality test equipment / facility, testing lab etc.

• Design of reliability test plan of the products and its compliance.

• Interface of third party audit for product testing.

• Monitor and evaluate the individual & team performance based on KPIs defined on monthly basis and implement methods to improve Quality as per defined standards.

• Guide & develop high performing QA team that meets companys objective and delivers best practice results through various training & development programme.

• Identification and executing the improvement projects through QIT, Kaizen, and Poka yoke etc.

• Controlling of work environment through implementation of ESD & work environment and 6S audit.

• Monitor QA performance by gathering and analysis of relevant data and produce statistical reports like line rejection report, lot inspection report etc.
