Role & responsibilities

Strong technical understanding of BESS architecture and liquid cooling solutions
Project management and cross-functional team leadership
Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Understanding of regulatory compliance, product certification processes
Comfortable with hands-on engineering discussions and decision-making

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or related engineering disciplines.
10+ years of experience in engineering design, product development, preferably in energy storage, power systems, thermal systems, or related industries.
Proven track record of managing similar product development projects from concept to launch.
Strong knowledge of BESS components, thermal management, power conversion, certifications, and industry standards.
Experience in vendor management, technology scouting, and co-development partnerships.
