Manager- Precast-Design and Detailing

As a Precast Design and Detailing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design and detailing process for precast structures. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions. You will review and approve precast designs, drawings, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Implementing best practices for precast design and detailing will be crucial to optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste during the construction process. Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and conducting site visits to address any issues that may arise are also key responsibilities. Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating innovative design elements into precast structures will be essential. Additionally, you will need to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures, communicate with project stakeholders, and prepare reports and presentations to highlight key milestones and updates. Mentoring and coaching team members to foster their professional growth and development will also be part of your role. Keeping track of all drawings and documents and reporting the status of planned vs achieved will be important for project management. Master's degree preferred - Professional certification in structural design or precast concrete detailing is highly preferred,
