Position - Manager - Policy Issuance Job Description Position Manager - Policy Issuance No. of Position 1 Department Operations- Policy Issuance Function Policy issuance Reporting to Chief Manager Band 4 Location Gurugram Last Date of Submission JOB SUMMARY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operations Managemen t Managing critical projects/ releases for onboarding assets like mPro, Dolphin Ingenium. Responsible for creating BRD post understanding of requirements from stakeholders Ensuring error free system releases without any production outages. SPOC from PI for respective channel/partner/system and ensure representation in relevant CFTs/meetings Will need to work with internal stakeholders including IT, Customer Engagement Team on alignment of respective releases. Writing Test cases for BRD raised, Test scenario test cases. Monitor hyper care close Production issues of all the requirements raised Measures of Success No CRs on account of deficient BRs Adherence to BR submission, FS sign off , testing and launch timelines Timely monitoring and closure of defects Key competencies/skills required Excellent Verbal Written Communication Skills with ability to handle business partner Multi-tasking capabilities with Eye for Detail. Well versed with AMLI system Dolphin, Ingenium, M pro and Omnidocs Desired qualification and experience Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Operations
