Manager, Platform Engineering

As a Manager, Platform Engineering, Low-code Studios and GenAI at Pegasystems, you will be a part of a high-performing engineering team that is at the forefront of low-code and AI-powered development. Your role will involve managing product engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy applications using leading low-code platforms while integrating Generative AI capabilities for smart automation and enhanced user experiences. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and other teams to deliver high-quality solutions and participate in architecture discussions to shape the technical direction of the platform. It will be your responsibility to continuously evaluate new GenAI and low-code trends, provide technical assistance to enhance product capabilities, and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality.
