Manager, Plant Finance

Role Overview: As a Manager, Plant Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of plant operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Your role will involve driving financial planning & analysis, cost management, financial reporting, operational support, internal controls & compliance, and team leadership to achieve financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Drive preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for Plant locations. - Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budgets/forecasts. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to plant management. - Monitor and control plant expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency and optimization. - Analyze cost structures and identify areas for cost reduction. - Implement cost control measures and track performance against cost targets. - Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports. - Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies. - Collaborate with plant managers to support operational decision-making. - Provide financial insights for capital investment projects and ROI analysis. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies. - Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements. - Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed. - Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. - Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve financial objectives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred). - Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in plant finance or manufacturing finance roles. - Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. - Excellent understanding of cost management and financial reporting. - Proficient in financial software and ERP systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven leadership and team management abilities.,
