Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Website Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the MyTrident website, ensuring smooth functionality and timely updates.
Coordinate with tech, design, and marketing teams for product launches, promotions, and content updates.

Planning & Forecasting:

Develop and manage demand forecasts for D2C channels based on historical data, trends, and marketing plans.
Align inventory planning with sales targets and promotional calendars.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze website KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, AOV, etc.) to identify improvement areas.
Prepare regular reports for leadership on operational performance and growth metrics.

Process Optimization:

Implement best practices for order fulfillment, returns management, and customer service coordination.
Drive automation and efficiency in operational workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on D2C objectives.
Liaise with external partners (logistics, payment gateways) for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, planning, or supply chain management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data tools.
Knowledge of website CMS, order management systems, and e-commerce platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
