Role & responsibilities

Project monitoring and scheduling
Prepare budget and forecasting cashflow required for the projects
Cost Estimation
Budget management
Coordination with multi departments
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established guideline
Preparation of various MIS reports pertaining to project progress and activities

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification PG From NICMAR + BE / Btech. (Civil) from reputed engineering institute
Should have knowledge of Primevera Software
Minimum Working Experience Should Be of Ten Years in Planning for Building Project
Should be techno savvy and decision maker
Should have strong analytical skills
Should have very good grasping power
Should have good presentation skills and communication skills
Expert in monitoring progress & budgetary control and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

The candidate would be based in Kolkata for 6 months and post completion of Kolkata project, will have to move to Mumbai.
