Manager - Planning

Role & responsibilities

• Project monitoring and scheduling
• Prepare budget and forecasting cashflow required for the projects
• Cost Estimation
• Budget management
• Coordination with multi departments
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established guideline
• Preparation of various MIS reports pertaining to project progress and activities

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification PG From NICMAR + BE / Btech. (Civil) from reputed engineering institute
• Should have knowledge of Primevera Software
• Minimum Working Experience Should Be of Ten Years in Planning for Building Project
• Should be techno savvy and decision maker
• Should have strong analytical skills
• Should have very good grasping power
• Should have good presentation skills and communication skills
• Expert in monitoring progress & budgetary control and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

The candidate would be based in Kolkata for 6 months and post completion of Kolkata project, will have to move to Mumbai.
