Job Title: Manager - Performance and Reward System

Performance & Reward Systems team

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance
Performance & Reward systems
and reporting suites.
Provide functional oversight of
SuccessFactors PMGM and Compensation modules
.
Support annual performance and pay cycles, including
data loads, validations, and governance controls
.
Partner with IT and vendors to deliver
Power BI dashboards
,
Azure data flows
, and
Databricks pipelines
.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and analytics.
Conduct
UAT
for system enhancements and reporting solutions.
Drive
AI enablement and automation
initiatives (R, Alteryx, Power Automate).
Ensure compliance with
risk governance and audit requirements
.

Mandatory Skills:

HR Systems
: SuccessFactors PMGM & Compensation
Data & BI
: Power BI (dashboards, data models, semantic layer), SQL
Cloud & Data Engineering
: Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Lake), Databricks (Delta tables, notebooks)

Strong
