Role & responsibilities

Vendor & Supplier Management
1. Identify and onboard vendors for seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, farm equipment, and agri-products 2. Regularly evaluate vendor performance on KPIs such as quality, delivery, pricing, and compliance Contract Negotiation & Cost Optimization- 1. Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, credit terms, payment cycles, and return policies 2. Benchmark pricing and supply terms across markets to ensure competitiveness and profitability 3. Optimize procurement costs through volume bundling, long-term contracts, or strategic MOUs Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all vendor contracts, agreements, licenses, and certifications are up to date and compliant with agri-retail regulations Market Intelligence & Reporting - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on vendor performance and partnership opportunities
