Role Title-Manager - ORM & Social Media

Social Media

• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube accounts
• Plan and publish content calendars
• Create/review basic designs (Canva, Adobe tools)
• Handle response management and community conversations
• Track engagement, trends, and conversations

Website Management

• Keep website content updated and accurate
• Monitor traffic and analytics, suggest improvements
• Coordinate with tech teams for updates

Special Projects

• Promote and cross-promote podcasts
• Drive membership engagement and communication
• Support events, partnerships, e-learning, and collaborations with marketing rollouts

Content & Communication

• Write and adapt content across formats (social, website, newsletters, event collaterals)
• Ensure brand voice is consistent across all channels
• Support with e-learning content, coordination, and publishing

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media
• Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms
• Comfort with design tools (Canva required, Adobe a plus)
• Familiarity with website CMS (WordPress/Wix or similar) and analytics tools
• Proficient writing and editing skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Exposure to events, partnerships, or community management is a bonus
