Qualification : B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) from a reputed institute
9 - 12 years of relevant experience preferred knowledge of advance chemical engineering tools (Hazop Study, Instruments Control Logics Preparation, SIL, HIRA, Root Cause Analysis, Chemical Unit Operation)
To ensure plants are running as per best standard practices (HSEQ). Encourage exploration of new technologies and drive continuous process improvements.
- Design SOPs and provide training & guidance on process safety to operations team
- Ensure HAZOP of all plant is done and action plan is monitored and implemented - Develop resources to meet the business exigencies and ensure preparedness of the operations team to meet customer requirements
