Job Description

Role Summary

The Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing the functioning of multiple pharmacy outlets across Bengaluru. The role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure strict adherence to SOPs.
Drive sales growth and profitability across all outlets.
Plan and implement promotions and marketing initiatives.
Monitor inventory levels, minimize expiries, and control pilferage.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Lead, train, and motivate Store In-charges and staff to achieve performance goals.
Prepare and submit MIS reports; provide operational support for special projects assigned by AGM.

Requirements

Education:
B. Pharm / M. Pharm (Pharmacy background preferred).
Experience:
6–10 years of experience in retail pharmacy operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
Proven ability to manage multi-store operations in a competitive retail environment.
