 Manager - OMPL 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

  •  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Coordinating the pre and post FCU activity with FCU agency and Head Office on a daily basis and reporting to Head Office.
  • Updating credit and marketing teams regarding FCU activities and maintaining login registers at the branch to ensure every case is screened and recorded.
  • Checking the proper implementation of processes at branch level.
  • Conducting field investigations of fraud and negative cases, and facilitating police actions against fraudsters.
  • Generating and maintaining MIS reports regarding corrective actions and presenting these to management to facilitate decision-making.
  • Monitoring the average TAT (Turnaround Time) for each process and variance from the targeted/desired TAT.
  • Checking daily transaction logins and MIS for smooth process efficiency.
  • Handling branch queries through mail and resolving queries within TAT, as well as coordinating with Head Office.
  • Investigating fraud cases, coordinating mystery shopping activities, non-starter investigations, and seeding activities on dealers, agencies, and executives to ensure KYC norms are met.
  • Visiting nearby locations for investigation as per Head Office instructions.
  • Coordinating FCU activities for all products (PSBL, LAP, CE, and CD-Finance); knowledge of all products is a must.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments.
  • Overall knowledge to source from salaried loans business.
  • Good communication, analytical, and channel management skills.
  • Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.
  • Exceptionally high motivational levels and self-starter attitude.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
