Manager - OMPL
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinating the pre and post FCU activity with FCU agency and Head Office on a daily basis and reporting to Head Office.

Updating credit and marketing teams regarding FCU activities and maintaining login registers at the branch to ensure every case is screened and recorded.

Checking the proper implementation of processes at branch level.

Conducting field investigations of fraud and negative cases, and facilitating police actions against fraudsters.

Generating and maintaining MIS reports regarding corrective actions and presenting these to management to facilitate decision-making.

Monitoring the average TAT (Turnaround Time) for each process and variance from the targeted/desired TAT.

Checking daily transaction logins and MIS for smooth process efficiency.

Handling branch queries through mail and resolving queries within TAT, as well as coordinating with Head Office.

Investigating fraud cases, coordinating mystery shopping activities, non-starter investigations, and seeding activities on dealers, agencies, and executives to ensure KYC norms are met.

Visiting nearby locations for investigation as per Head Office instructions.

Coordinating FCU activities for all products (PSBL, LAP, CE, and CD-Finance); knowledge of all products is a must.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments.

Overall knowledge to source from salaried loans business.

Good communication, analytical, and channel management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship management skills.

Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and self-starter attitude.

Working knowledge of computers.
