Manager of Software Engineering

As a Manager of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer and Community Banking Technology team, your role involves leading multiple teams and managing day-to-day implementation activities. You are responsible for providing guidance to your immediate team of software engineers on daily tasks and activities. Additionally, you set the overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration. You anticipate dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirements. Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring that the team's work adheres to compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements are also key aspects of your role.
