Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Bharuch district. The Manager of Quality Control will oversee day-to-day quality assurance operations, develop and implement quality control protocols, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role involves monitoring production processes, training staff on quality procedures, and conducting audits to maintain high-quality standards. The Manager of Quality Control will also collaborate with other departments to continuously improve product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing quality control protocols and procedures
• Ability to conduct and manage quality audits and compliance checks
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring and improving production processes
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control
• Excellent communication skills for training staff and collaborating with other departments
• Ability to work independently and manage a team of quality control professionals
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
