Job Description

Lead and manage the
end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process
for plastic components/products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Tooling, Production, Quality, Purchase, and Marketing) to ensure smooth product development.
Review customer requirements and develop product concepts, feasibility analysis, and cost estimation.
Drive
DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, and PPAP
processes for new projects.
Coordinate with tool room and vendors for
mould/tool design, development, and validation
.
Oversee prototyping, testing, validation, and final approval of new products.
Implement
value engineering & cost reduction initiatives
without compromising quality.
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards in all NPD projects.
Maintain strong client interaction for design approvals, technical discussions, and change management.
Lead a small NPD team, mentoring engineers and ensuring best practices.
