Manager NPD

You will be responsible for overseeing the New Product Development process and ensuring that all projects are completed within the specified time frames. It will be your duty to make sure that Equipment lead times are strictly adhered to and monitor the performance of all new equipment according to the planned cycle time. You will be required to drive the implementation of improvement projects through the Business Management System (BMS) and closely monitor and control the execution of Engineering Change Notices (ECN) Implementation Plan versus the actual progress. Initiating projects for Manual Automation and working towards reducing instances of rework of set plans will also be part of your key responsibilities. Your expertise and experience will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards and achieving operational efficiency in the New Product Development process.,
