Role Overview: As a Founders Manager at LXME, you will play a crucial role in connecting the founder with relevant opportunities to enhance her presence and network in the industry. Your proactive approach and networking skills will be instrumental in driving the founder's visibility and engagement with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and secure speaking, collaboration, and networking opportunities for the founder across media, events, and thought-leadership platforms. - Build and maintain relationships with PR agencies, media houses, influencers, and event organizers to expand the founder's reach. - Strategically manage the founder's calendar, appearances, and commitments to maximize her impact. - Research and pitch the founder for interviews, podcasts, award nominations, and panel discussions to increase her visibility. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of external collaborations and engagements. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-7 years of experience in PR, influencer management, or executive office roles, preferably in the financial or related industry. - Strong professional network within media, PR, and industry circles to leverage for the founder's benefit. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively represent the founder's interests and secure valuable opportunities. - Proven track record as a proactive individual with a high sense of ownership and strong organizational skills. - Must be based in Mumbai and willing to work from the office to facilitate smooth coordination with the founder and internal teams.
