As a Manager, Network Services at Exela, your role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining complex cloud network infrastructure across various cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your responsibilities include: - Designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud network infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, which includes VPCs, subnets, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs. - Developing and implementing automation scripts and tools for network deployment, configuration, and management. - Collaborating with security teams to ensure network security best practices are implemented and maintained. - Monitoring network performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing network configurations for optimal performance and cost-efficiency. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues, escalating to vendors or internal teams when necessary. - Staying up-to-date on the latest cloud networking technologies and trends. - Mentoring junior network engineers and providing technical guidance. - Participating in on-call rotation to provide support for critical network issues. - Working from Pune Office with a shift and roster-based alignment. Bonus Points: - Experience with container networking (e.g., Kubernetes) - Experience with network security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems) - Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Network Engineer. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 5+ years of experience in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, and OSPF. - Experience with network automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. - Experience with network monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Worked in a client-facing environment. - Preferable if has a command center / NOC experience.
