04. Preparation of quotation.
05. Quotation for SPD (Child part , Finish good)
06. Calculation of Enquiry converted into Order(Hit Ratio).
07. PO follow-up. (Tooling, fixture, Guage, part )
08. Verification, Addition &updating of PO in ERP System.
09. Preparation all IMS related DATA on time. Such as trend chart for all objectives & MRM PPT.
10. Customer Satisfaction survey
11. Costing
12. Regular Payment follow-up if any disturbance.
13. Payment Follow-up for DVP,Engg,FTG cost etc.
14. Debited amount follow-up and solve issue.
15. Implementation of VAVE ideas at various levels of the project to minimize the cost
16. Use of maximum carryover parts to minimize the development cost (like fastners)
17. Computer knowledge (Advance excel)
18. Obsolescence verification
19. Costing & physical verification with customer
