We are currently hiring for a senior team member (Manager / Associate Director- Business Consulting) for our advisory practice to assist Indian Metal & Mining clients in areas such as EBIDTA improvement (cost reduction, revenue enhancement, supply chain excellence), digital strategy & transformation, business transformation, policy advisory and bid process advisory.

He / She should have very good understanding of Metals & Mining value chain including ferrous (Iron Ore, Steel), non-ferrous (Aluminium, Copper, Zinc etc), Coal, Critical Minerals

He / She should have 12 - 15+ years of relevant experience in business consulting and / or industry with 2 years full time MBA and Mining or Metallurgical Engineering from reputed institutes only.

Role requires establishing and maintaining strong client relationship, leading successful project delivery, drving BD / Sales and managing high performing team. This is a client facing role and will require the candidate to travel frequently and work from client location during project deliveries.

Base Location of the candidate will be Mumbai (preferred).
