Candidate should have sound knowledge for all the MEP related works for residential and commercial project The candidate should be able to Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction. Should manage all the liasoning related works/documentation with government authorities. Should have knowledge of IS codes and NBC and IGBC norms Should coordinate with all the consultants for timely delivery of drawings and documents as per site requirement. Prepare BOQ for tendering purpose. Inter departmental co-ordination. Estimation & rate analysis. Monitoring on-going work. Providing value engineering inputs. Design review and optimization of cost
