Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for Junior Doctors ( Rota compliance , academics, career development, induction, conflict resolution, attrition, retention and onboarding) to liase with BUHR.
  • Help quality team in conduct of committee meetings.
  • Provide support to tech team for doctor inputs
  • Help improve dxapp/LT/Cloudnine community and initiatives of tech team.
  • Support and help coordinate academic activities of organization
  • Work closely with Clinician Recruiter for closing vacant Junior Doctor positions.
  • Support Core Clinical Services staff to play a key role in the organization’s process improvement and change agenda
  • Develop and support key members of the Core Clinical Services Division to take on broader leadership roles within the organization as appropriate and required
  • To work with the Head Clinical Services heads to ensure:

1. To keep up to date on the national/international changes within the professions and to identify the impact of same and to implement changes as agreed and as required.

2. To be responsible for assisting each head of professional service to devise operational policies, practices and procedures in their departments to help reduce and minimise costs, raise standards and generally ensure efficient use of resources.

3. To be responsible for ensuring that the Core Clinical Services achieve Key Performance Indicators as outlined by the Medical Director

4. Provide professional line management to clinical services professionals and supporting the relevant Directorates in their operational management role for this group.

Qualifications :

  • MBBS/MHA/Valid license to practice medicine required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years' experience in clinical medicine
  • 2+ years' experience in a hospital administration role
  • Superb judgment, problem-solving and cognitive skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Current knowledge of Pediatric and Neonatology issues and best practices/ Obstetric / IVF issues and best practices
  • Good leadership skills
