Van Heusen is seeking a Retail Marketing Lead with 5-8 years of experience and an MBA qualification. As the Retail Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for elevating our brand through enhancing consumer awareness, engagement, and experience at our 430+ retail stores. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual with a proven track record in retail operations or management and a creative mindset. The ideal candidate will excel in details, thrive on outperforming neighboring stores, exhibit a strong bias for action, prioritize consumer experience, excel in brand storytelling, collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and be willing to travel to gain market insights and oversee plan implementation. Working alongside internal teams such as Fashion Designers, Product Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Store Training Teams, and Retail Teams, as well as external partners like Agency Partners, Production Houses, AI Artists, Freelance Creatives, and Event Agencies, you will ensure our stores reflect the excitement of our brand. Your responsibilities will include crafting and implementing plans for new store launches, developing media strategies, collaborating across teams to align retail activities with business goals, engaging external partners to enhance retail experiences, analyzing performance metrics to scale successful initiatives, managing retail marketing budgets, creating sustainable retail programs, leading CRM content initiatives, and aligning with the brand plan calendar to drive store footfall. In addition to being a Retail Marketing Lead, you will act as a brand experience manager, shaping how the Van Heusen brand is perceived and experienced by consumers.
