Job Scope: To manage the overall marketing and business development of the brand, especially with expansion on the charts. This position is responsible for the overall growth of business and numbers of footfalls and conversions ensuring exceptional guest service and contributing to the overall success of the brand. Key Responsibilities: Identify, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships to drive growth. Prospect for new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Plan and execute all web, SEO, SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Engage in cold calling, lead generation, and customer presentations. Build and execute ATL & BTL campaigns to support specific marketing objectives across different segments to bolster Product awareness, consideration & differentiation in support of our overall strategic marketing plan. Qualification: Degree in Marketing or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
