Manager-Manufacturing Excellence

The Manufacturing Excellence Manager at Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd Co. in Irbid, Jordan, will lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the garment manufacturing process. You will be responsible for implementing best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning manufacturing strategies with organizational objectives. By leveraging lean manufacturing principles, data analytics, and innovation, you will drive performance enhancements, resource optimization, and sustainable operations. Your responsibilities will include understanding the company's vision and mission to align Manufacturing Excellence initiatives, implementing digitalization concepts in the value chain, validating algorithms, identifying cost-saving projects through Lean tools, providing support for digitization projects, training cross-functional teams, monitoring manufacturing KPIs, and using data-driven approaches like Lean and Six Sigma for process improvement. Essential skills for this role include excellent communication and teamwork, influencing capabilities, adaptability, technical skills in apparel manufacturing and IT tools, learning agility, critical thinking, team leadership, and training abilities. The ideal candidate should hold an Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Textiles, Industrial Production, or equivalent, with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, ISO standards, digitization, automation, and relevant job roles. Fluency in English, Hindi, and additional languages is advantageous. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry, specifically in roles similar to the described JD, is required.,
