The ideal candidate should hold an Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Textiles, Industrial Production, or equivalent, with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, ISO standards, digitization, automation, and relevant job roles. Fluency in English, Hindi, and additional languages is advantageous. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry, specifically in roles similar to the described JD, is required.,
